Happiness is in finding itself! Hello! My name is Alina Shmygol. I have been working as a lawyer for a long time. But drawing has always been my passion. My dream was to devote all my time to painting, but I could not decide to leave the career of a lawyer. Painting was my hobby, my soul; so I was spending all my free time drawing. Eventually my life has changed. I have gone to another country, where my husband works. So I have now a lot of time for my favorite art work. I've always dreamed of it, but I couldn’t imagine making it a career. Now I am drawing giving all my heart and soul, feelings and emotions to the art work and I am very happy. I have tried different techniques for my ideas. I love watercolor most of all. It`s the magic. Spreading of paint on paper can never be completely controlled. And this is the main intrigue and beauty of watercolors. With the help of watercolor it is possible to convey the light transparency; that is not possible with oil. I love the game of form, color, light and shade very much. The opportunity to express emotions and feelings through light and color is a valuable gift. It would be great to have it! My hobby for watercolor brings pleasure not only to me. I took part in several exhibitions. In particular, my works were selected for participation in IWS projects and international exhibitions The most important for me is when people are pleased with my creativity and I feel inspired. I like to make people happy showing them the beauty of the world.
