ABOUT THE ARTWORK
I was invited to create a piece to be exhibited in conjunction with a Cerebral Spinal Fluid Disorder Symposium hosted by Brown University in Providence RI. This is my response piece that represents the physical aspects of the CSF related disorders and the extensive research being conducted to better understand and find cures. Using melted wax was perfect for capturing the many layers of the human body involved with these disorders.
