His paintings reside in numerous private and public collections globally.Artist Statement: Time with the Past "A painting rises from the brushstrokes as a poem rises from words. The meaning comes later." — Joan Miró Since my early youth, I have been captivated by the magical allure of classical painting and drawing—endlessly fascinated by the profound beauty of nature and the timeless mastery of the Old Masters. Every formative moment of my life has been spent with a pencil or brush in hand, searching for a unique visual language and the spark of a new idea. Currently, my work focuses on symbolically opening a window to the past, recontextualizing the masterpieces of history through my own contemporary vision. Through conceptual series like "Mail from the Past" (Van Gogh) and "Tribute to Caravaggio," I merge historical reverence with modern interpretation. This exploration also extends to celebrating visionary historical figures, such as Nikola Tesla, bringing their legacy into dialogue with the present. Driven by a fascination with Trompe-l'œil (trick of the eye), I challenge the limitations of the flat canvas, using illusionism to manipulate space and give the powerful impression of three-dimensional depth. While my concepts look backwards in time, my discipline remains anchored in the rigorous traditional genres of portraiture, still life, and landscapes.
