ABOUT THE ARTWORK
Its not everyday I choose black. Here, when i chose to try the color, it hook me several weeks to do a little, stop and think a little on its proceedings and finally finishing up this piece. it has been through several stages in my mind, from "should i change the base color? to "will try to do something nice here" to "m gonna leave this canvas midway forever" and finally "wow! i love it". its one of my works that has made me work too hard on the thought process. m unsure if i would choose black again ever, but m in love with this pretty colorful creature here.

Shruti Pancholi's art is better felt than read. Being a pharma post graduate and a hobby artist,her deep interests in the color palette made her explore different means to bring the world on to the canvas wherein her interests developed significantly towards the world of cells and textures. Lot of her work is credited to artists and photographers who inspire her in some way. She has few beautiful textured landscapes to her credit, and has experimented thoroughly with the cell technique and impasto technique.
