ABOUT THE ARTWORK
These rose bushes are able to grow freely in a place where they are protected and can be harvested for autumnal hips for rose hydridising research. The whole process of the research and development is very long and intensive with many people assisting with that process. I have a deep respect for the team of people dedicating their lives to this science in horticulture ,using their specialist expertise and and hard graft! These people are what help make England Roses multi-award winners. These roses are highly prized for their healthy vigour, disease resistance, poetic beauty, colours, shapes, form, habit, different array of perfumes and repetition of flowering. I was priviledged to quietly paint this picture, in an especially baking hot summer, here and enjoy all the qualities of this special rose Garden of Eden. I am very fortunate and thank all the good hearted souls and teamworkers.
