Brazilian self-taught artist based in Rondonopolis - Mato Grasso. I was born in Belo Horizonte – Minas Gerais in 1961 and rised in Carmo do Paranaiba also in Minas Gerais. Since I was a kid I had knowledge about paints, working as a spray painter by painting truck bodies, then moving on to the publicity works. From 1992 I began to make paintings more intensely when I moved to Rondonopolis. From 2004 to 2008 I lived in London, England, then came back to RondonĂ³polis.
Using traditional painting techniques, I dive into what I see and I interpret it plastically. I value geometry, framing, details and compositional cuts with games of colors, lights and hues.
