Catch of the day Print

Subject a colander with the ingredients for a day of shooting food . When prepping my food sets I often choose simple ingredients to work my lights whilst the kitchen is prepping the dishes. During my hours of painting I thoroughly appreciate the simple beauty of the crab and scallops.⁠ Hoping the viewers get pleasure from simple things like preparing food for loved ones with beautiful ingredients. Oil on canvas gives me pleasure of adding layers on layers of tone and shape to achieve the painting.
