About the Artist

Natalie Marshall

United States

I am an artist based in Brooklyn, NY. Born in Barbados, I have always been drawn to vibrant colors and expressive styles.

My work is heavily influenced by the post-Impressionist master, Vincent Van Gogh, whose use of bold brushstrokes and vivid hues never cease to fascinate me.

Growing up, my uncle, a fellow artist, played a significant role in shaping my creative path.

Despite being self-taught, I have honed my skills through rigorous dedication and experimentation.

My creative process involves immersing myself in the present moment and letting the colors guide my brush.

I primarily work with acrylic medium, allowing me to achieve the desired intensity and fluidity in my pieces.

My ultimate goal is to evoke an emotional and visceral response from my viewers.

Through my art, I strive to spread joy and inspire others to embrace their own individuality.
