Katrie Bonanno studied fine art at The School of Visual Arts in New York City. After working in the prosthetic industry for 9 years painting realistic skins and custom tattoo designs for amputees she is now focusing full time on producing her own art work. Katrie's artwork explores everyday people, places, occurrences and personal moments that might otherwise go unnoticed. Her work involves the preservation of these fleeting moments and is used as a way of documenting the world around her in a more extraordinary and profound way.
