ABOUT THE ARTWORK
City under the Moon is another in the series of urban landscape paintings; It is a dramatic artwork bright, bold and full of colour. This large artwork created in acrylic on canvas size 91 x 71 x2 cm. The painting was created with acrylic applied with a palette knife, cloth and card, creating lots of heavy texture in this work. I have used bright bold colours against a dark background of sky, the moonrises above the city and the lights reflect in the river. The art work is signed on the front sold unframed and ready to hang the sides of the canvas are painted.
