I am driven by the beauty of life and inspired by the structures we create. My work recreates the world in my mind, embraced by vibrant colors and light, focusing on beauty, yet occasionally shaped by the darker influences of human existence. René Wissink is a professional Dutch artist. He is a passionate art lover and creator of large colorful and visually compelling paintings. His work is inspired by the beauty of Dutch towns and façades, the power of color and light, and the splendor of nature. He works in a contemporary figurative style in which everyday life is infused with symbolism and light. Scenes and subjects are reimagined and recreated through the use of strong lines, subtle shades, radiant beams, and carefully balanced color fields. René Wissink was born and raised in the Netherlands, and now lives and works in Houten, a small city in the middle of the Netherlands.
