Gautam Buddha was born in 563 B.C.E. in Nepal. He was the founder of Buddhism. He taught his followers how to live a happy and peaceful life. His teachings were about being kind to others and helping them. He believed that we should help each other out and not hurt anyone else. He said that if someone hurts us, then we should forgive them and let go of our anger. He said that we should always try to make friends with everyone and treat people nicely. He said that we shouldn't judge people based on their appearance or wealth. We should look at what they have inside themselves and not outside. He said that we need to love ourselves first before we can truly love others. He said that we don't need to worry about anything because everything happens for a reason. He said that we just need to accept things as they are and keep moving forward. Nirvana Nirvana means “blowing out” or “extinguishing” in Sanskrit. In Buddhism, nirvana refers to the state of liberation from samsara, the cycle of death and rebirth. According to Buddhist belief, nirvana is attained after a practitioner overcomes greed, hatred, and delusion.
