ABOUT THE ARTWORK
The presented work is an intermediate sketch for writing a full-size painting. And only after the artist's intention is embodied in a full-fledged work, the work will be put up for sale. The plot of the picture is one of the projects of the planned series of underwater sketches. From the name it is clear that the artist put a certain philosophical meaning into it. In the background you can see an anchor with a chain and the silhouette of a sunken ship from which this large and heavy anchor was once dropped. The protagonist of this story is a fish that stops in amazement near a huge anchor and takes it for a huge fish hook. Author's work. The work was painted with oil paints on primed cardboard.
