Cheto Menéndez is an artist based in México. He studied film at the New York Film Academy School. He has created several audiovisual projects that have been presented inside different film festivals in Oaxaca, New York, Manchester, Costa Rica, Cambodia, among others. He rediscovered painting three years ago inspired by the cinematographic and pictorial language of the Russian Vanguard. Currently, while continuing to explore the dichotomy between abstract and figurative art, he is finishing a series of gastronomic short documentaries and writing his next script.
