Lizzy Forrester, a British born artist, resident of Spain, spends her time between her studio in the North West of England and her home in Altea, on the Mediterranean coast. Art, drawing, painting has been her lifelong passion, though she is self taught and only came back to painting in 2006 after a "spiritual retreat", having worked as a language teacher until then.
Reticent about her artwork, "hopefully the paintings speak for themselves: it's about portraying an emotional state, the energy I feel surrounding us, in nature, everywhere."
