Fine Arts and Manga Technique teacher currently located in Treviso (Italy), ex comics and children's books illustrator now experimenting paint on canvas. She is inspired by Art Nouveau, Big Eyes art, Japanese Superflat and Manga Techniques. It lead to a research of a new personal style, while fighting with more academical environments that have a different idea of beauty, especially if "too popular". She honesty think that art and culture should be exoteric, so suitable for most people and with an aggregating purpose, opposed to esoteric, designed for few belonging to a close circle. As a great fan of the so called consolatory art, she hopes the viewers feel pleased and get the spark of joy she feels while painting. She had to fight all her life to make art, because she her family disapproved and then she had to work full time in different fields. But now she feels she was able to accomplish so much and, at the same time, never enough!
