Sailing by in a small cruise ship, the artist caught a glimpse of Curacao's long row of colorful buildings and fell in love with them. Walking the streets of Willemstad, Curacao, crossing the floating bridge, is an experience in itself, down the tiny shop lined streets with men playing steel drums. The artist captured the scene adding her flavor of color to the canvas with rich shades of blue, green, pink and yellow. The water is very textural, adding more interest and depth to the painting. This painting was created with the highest quality acrylic pigments, stretched canvas, unframed with neatly painted edges. All hardware attached and ready to hang.
