My name is Dalibor Vučković (Stroj Robotsky)was born in 1981 in Rijeka, Croatia. From my earliest childhood days, I showed interest in aesthetics and art. My first encounter with art was attending a workshop where my love for creativity began to develop. After finishing elementary school, I decided to continue my education at The School for Applied Arts and Design in Rijeka, with a major in arranging and scenic design, where I became acquainted with various design possibilities and techniques. After graduating from high school, I enrolled at the Academy of Fine Arts in Venice, with major in painting (Accademia di belle arti di Venezia). I graduated in 2007 in the class of Professor Eugenio Comencinia. I found inspiration for painting by making small collages from newspaper advertisements that served as a template for large canvases. As paintings mostly began to take the form of industrial landscapes, it also became the main topic of my studies, which lead to my final thesis. I used a combined technique using acrylic as a base and LEDs to create the effects of distant factories. I often find inspiration in the music I listen to or some photos of industrial landscapes, factories, abandoned places. The techniques I use vary from classic, such as oil paints and acrylic, to synthetic paints and different materials: canvas, paper, wood, metal. In addition to classic painting on canvas, I am also interested in other disciplines such as interior design, making useful objects such as lamps, small pieces of furniture and painting walls
