Yoruba culture from Nigeria is inspirational because of the many occasions and opportunities that is presented with dance and the joy of being able to move to music, Birth, Graduation, rights of passage, weddings and Funerals. Dances are used at times of celebration and those that can not be classified as celebration. I intend to stir up great reasons for the viewer to dance and enjoy the gift of life and the many stages of it. Dance is spontaneous yet with a plan to execute at the slightest impulse, hence the use of acrylic for it's fast and active drying
