Name: "Drought" Drawling size: 30 х 40 cm Paper size: 30 х 40 cm Made with markers and gel pens on the paper. All works are signed with my initials on the front, and signed in full on the back. What happens when you wait for something for a very long time, but you don't get it? At first you are consumed by the desire to get it. Then comes the peak of expectation and you start to burn out and die. You end up disappointed and angry. This picture shows the moment when you start to die from this expectation. Like the ground dreaming of rain I like everything unusual. Non-standard. Not like everyone else. My works is a rebellion against the ordinary. I perceive this world through emotions and colors in it. This allows to see things from different angles and be able to enjoy different little things.

My name is Iryna. I am an economist. Working in biggest European bank. As a child, I loved to draw and even studied at an art school for 5 years. Later, life made its own adjustments. Inspiration came extremely rarely, at certain stages in life, and eventually disappeared completely. More than 7 years of drawing was not in my life. The return to drawing happened in 2021, and the swing happened already in 2022. It is obvious that the war in my country have revealed the buried potential.
