ABOUT THE ARTWORK
Dubuji Boardwalk Mangroves are in the Daintree National Park. I love the shapes and existence as a water born salt water tree. I've used pigments and acrylic paint — the Atelier translucent acrylic for translucency and reflections in the water. The pigments are mixed flat and chalky to give the tops of the tree's waterlogged flat fat bulbous appearance.
