I am a self-taught artist based in Milan, Italy. My father was a painter, I was a child annoyed by the smell those oil paints left in my room. I certainly preferred drawing and the aroma of my grandma's sauce. After a rather dark time in my life, I accepted painting as my natural means of expression.⠀ I am a father myself nowadays, happy to share my passion with my son and my artworks with you. Unfortunately, I have not yet managed to reach my grandma's sauce master level. Any suggestion of yours will be appreciated. In my works, you will mainly find emotions, instincts, hate and love, anger, compassion, purity and all the dirt in the world. You will find human beings and our relationship with the environment, a topic that I care a lot about. Some talk about my brushstroke like a hard mark, nervous, always powerful; I can say art owns that power. I feel plenty of emotions that you may be connected with; I just let them flow, as they run inside me. On canvas I can find myself real and sincere.
