He was born in 1981 as first and only child of a desinator mother and a gravur worker father. His interest to painting began in İzmir where he born and grew up. He spent his twenty’s on focusing painting and drawing works for bring subconscious images to light. He got intimate with active art life closer in Turkey after moving in İstanbul in 2008. He stood as founder of Surrealist Action Turkey, Periferi Collective etc. He participated in many interdisciplinary exhibitions and organisations. The artist opened his first personel exhibit as Ottomatik Dreams in G-Art Gallery in 2013 and he keeps his all arts in Generally dream world and subconscious images come to the forefront in artist’s works. He enjoys fictionalise stories in utopic-distopic universes that reckoning with the world he lives in. He sees that questioning universe, nature, human and time as basic motivation source. He works on canvas, paper, found objects and daily objects. Détournement, assemblage are one of the production types that he interested. The artist shows experimental behavior in his lots of stages of life, we also can see the effects of automatism in some of his works. He has works that interfered by pencil, dry paint, pen, ink and marker alongside with acrylic or water color. He archive designs and sketches and use them again over time.
