Namaste! I’m Pooja Grover… Welcome to my online colourful and happy place! I’m an Intuitive Visual Artist, Reiki Master, Energy Healer, Guided Meditation Facilitator, Intuitive Counsellor and Mindfulness Practitioner who is passionate about creating mindful moments, spreading my love for art and deep understanding of soulful connections through my intuitive artwork and Divine connection with the Universal Life Force. I support women by helping them explore their deepest emotions, release what doesn’t serve them and embark on a mindful journey to self realization, self actualization, self love and self compassion. I strive to work towards women empowerment through inspirational art and creative writing while promoting Indian culture where women is celebrated as an epitome of bravery. I support women throughout this journey in many ways including but not limited to mindful intuitive art workshops/lessons, guided meditation sessions, Reiki energy healing sessions, chakra healing and balancing sessions. My inspirational intuitive original art, art prints and art cards play a huge role in giving the much needed boost to their self-confidence. As an empath, I find my inspiration in life and my own journey to heal my mind, body and soul. My vision is to spread some sparkles wherever I go and touch the souls around me at a much deeper level with the pearls of inspiration with my soulful, inspirational and intuitive art. Art is a therapy and the best form of meditation to connect with your inner self. Mindful Intuitions is a journey into the unknown realms of our being, our pure existence, through the medium of art, connecting with our true selves, opening the delicate petals of our enriched soul one by one while experiencing the immense inner strength. I’m a thinker and creator passionate about spreading my love for colours and textures while practicing mindfulness – the art of living in the moment and experiencing deep inner peace. Intuition is the inner voice which we all have whether we hear it or not is our choice. It always steers us in the right direction and that is what makes it very important to clear the clutter in our minds so that we can listen to our intuitions with clarity. The key here is to keep on nurturing our intuitions by being aware of its existence and by practicing mindfulness. Mindful Intuitions are a powerhouse of energy which can steer our lives in the right direction through awareness of unawareness.
