ABOUT THE ARTWORK
This is a painting I created in an attempt to show intimacy in the form of two lovers in a garden, their love intertwined with their arms in a heart shape. I made them be a different colour scheme than the flowers in the background, intended to imply love revealing itself around art and nature without needing to combine the two, emphasising that even in the face of perfection, we are still just people looking for eternal love

Hi I am Ingrid Angel married to my lovely husband John Angel I have a daughter Lexa three sheepdogs and a cat I am a prolific artist who now lives on a farm in rural Pembrokeshire, I love bold colours and texture and take inspiration from everything I see. I originally started as a ltd edition painter in the potteries painting for Boehm and Royal Worcester. I then spent 20 years creating graphics animation and video special effects, and worked as a VJ and video mapper at many festivals events and private parties. Almost 4 years ago I returned to painting now using oil paints on canvas and I cant stop painting.
