I paint usually at night, when the world has quieted down. In my other life, I teach Italian cooking in Nashville and bring small groups to Italy to cook & wine tour. I appear frequently on WSMV-TV, Nashville's NBC affiliate, as Chef Paulette. And perform in the band Duette with Duane Spencer.
