Barbadian Cher-Antoinette is a multi-faceted self-taught artist. She has received many National Awards for her art, writing and photography and continues to create in her unique but varied style. “At the beginning I tried to emulate or even imitate what some of my mentors were producing, especially in relation to Barbadiana.
