Original piece signed and dated by Kristian Wilson(artist name is signed as Kristian Proud). At once, the feathered serpent is articulated. Going by names such as Amaru, Kukulcan, and Quetzalcoatl, one can not help but to be enamored in the radiance that shines forth in all directions. The feathered serpent deity and symbol have been prevalent in my life. Symbolizing a perfect balance and blend of the masculine and feminine energies, these beings were worshipped as benevolent gods. I see them as such too, and that is what prompted me to paint my spiritual father. Artist is also a musician and published author.
