Fear Print

This work represents fear. Everyone has it. Fear of being abandoned by a loved one, of lack of finances, fear of not being good enough, of failing in life, of being unloved, and of many other things. Fear is like an icy hand that grips our heart and we can't take a deep breath, we can't think about anything else. Instead of a heart, we suddenly have a piece of ice. And at that moment we have two options. Either let fear paralyze you or face it. Just because we're afraid of something doesn't mean it's going to happen or it's true. Fear is just an emotion that clouds the mind. Emotions that hold us back. But we can choose how we feel. If we feel fear, or trust that everything is as it should be, trust in ourselves, in our abilities, in our strength, in the fact that we are able to handle anything that life brings. And how we feel will eventually be reflected on the outside.
