ABOUT THE ARTWORK
This is a figure study done in 2024. I used this as an exploration into a new palette consisting of transparent colours - red oxide, yellow oxide and ultramarine blue deep. The white was the gorgeous Michael Harding lead white alternative. It is painted on a prepared (Michael Harding non absorbent gesso) on a prepared plywood panel. The model was chosen from .
