Born in Leicester in 1965. I have worked as a book jacket artist for over 15 years now producing hundreds of covers plus numerous cards and prints. My work is heavily influenced by artists such as Bruegel,Hieronymus Bosch and goya. The style of illustration I favour is realist / surrealist with a a gothic feel . The work is painterly but quite detailed often on fine canvas surface that I make by fixing cotton to paper which is then primed.
