Have you heard the sound of relaxation silence? It is impossible to hear and cognize this in the city, even if you close the windows, you won’t hear it. Even if you go to the countryside, you still won't be able to get to know it. Once I was lucky to find myself in a valley, where the silence made itself felt. What does relaxation silence sound like? This is a mute silence, where initially you don’t hear anything, in the literal sense of the word, but after a while your hearing re-tunes to a different frequency, you begin to hear something that you would have never heard anywhere else. Suddenly, through the silence, the buzzing of a bumblebee breaks through; a bee buzzed; the sound of the wings of a bird flying over you, and after another couple of minutes you hear the hum of all the insects that live in this valley.
