ABOUT THE ARTWORK
The painting is inspired by the characters of the comic books Sylvester and Tweety, given that this year marks the 90th anniversary of the birth of the canary Tweety. A poor and defenseless Tweety is about to be attacked by the cat Sylvester, but an aggressive Marylin Monroe looms in full splendor. A Mona Lisa armed with a bazooka and a Snow White with a hand grenade are ready to intervene: “ Girls Power". A painting contaminated by pop images, street art (Bansky….) And comics. It is the Baroque painting of the XXI century.
