Carlos Martín is an artist and design engineer based in Madrid, Spain. He has been painting professionally for over fifteen years, developing a practice rooted in a lifelong dedication to the visual arts. Having painted since childhood, his work reflects a deep and enduring connection to artistic expression. From an early age, Martín also pursued photography professionally around the world, a discipline that profoundly shaped his relationship with fine arts and reinforced what he considers essential to his work: composition. He is particularly drawn to depicting crowds, fascinated by the dynamic compositions they offer and the visual tension that emerges from collective movement. Working primarily with acrylic, ink, watercolor, charcoal, and oils, Martín seeks to capture the impact of modern societies on the way we relate to the world. A strong love for his craft underpins each piece, an energy he consciously strives to transmit through every work he creates. His works are held in private collections in New York, Sydney, Chicago, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Seattle, Miami, Honolulu, Lisbon, Moscow, Madrid, London, Paris, Singapore, Berlin, and Palma de Mallorca.
