Forgive Them Print

I am a self taught artist, having had a love for art from a young age. I am inspired greatly by my African heritage, I was born in Zimbabwe and later moved with my family to Cape Town, South Africa, and eventually settled in Australia after travelling the world as a young adult. I have spent the last 27 years in a corporate career, however have recently made a move back to art and am going to see where it takes me, an exciting new journey at this point in my life! I love portraying wildlife and nature, and also the cultural aspects of countries and people. I mostly use pastels as a medium, however have no leaning towards any style and subject in particular. I like my work to speak to something, to capture a mood or convey meaning. I like challenging my skills and exploring as much as I can, I am happiest when I'm creating art! I hope you enjoy my work.
