Born in the mystical land of Oaxaca in the southeast of Mexico, he became an Artist in the early 90s and has exhibited his work in France, Spain, Switzerland, the U.S.A. and throughout Mexico ever since. He is currently living in Guadalajara where he has developed his skills both as an Architect and an Artist.Antonios artwork is a testimony to the effects that have been caused by the development of communication, trade and globalization to cultures worldwide. Being deeply conscious of the current global situation, Antonio merges these issues with contemporary aesthetics to create canvases that express multicultural concepts. Part of his originality comes from using out of use products, either man-made or natural, together with the traditional pigments used since Pre-Hispanic times to create an art piece that reflects a conceptual atmosphere.
