ABOUT THE ARTWORK

For a long time I looked closely at the picture hanging from friends in the kitchen. The painting is old, in not very good condition, it was purchased at a flea market in France. Apparently, it was painted by an unprofessional artist, and executed in a rather primitive manner. But I liked the main colors, so I decided to make my own painting based on old motives. And I called it "French still life". *Size:70x100 cm (27 3/5 × 39 2/5 in) *Signed by Author - Oleg Baulin *Type: Original Hand Made Oil Painting on Canvas. The artwork is stretched on a supported wooden frame. The certificate of authenticity is attached. Created using oil colors on canvas. Paints based on natural pigments. Edges are painted in continuity with the painting. Canvas and stretcher made of high quality materials. It has a protective coating against UV, dust and mechanical damage. This painting is an authentic, one-of-a-kind, 100% hand painted. Ideal as a home decor or a good present.

My parents had a large library of books on art. Since childhood, I showed the ability to draw, occasionally engaged in painting, taking private lessons. However, I decided to study at a technical University. After graduation, I was engaged in business for a long time. In 2016, I changed my life: place of residence and occupation. Having free time and opportunity, I began to paint, studied at private lessons and engaged in self -education. I believe that every person has their own life task. And sooner or later you have to define it and fulfill it. For some reason, it seems to me that I found it when I started doing classical painting. I work every day, following the motto of the old masters: "not a day without a line." And this gives me joy, despite the difficulties that arise when creating paintings made in traditional techniques. I paint beautiful paintings, improving more and more.I understand that the process of improvement is endless. And I am very happy about it.
