And remind me next time to go easy on the bean dip. I love using juxtaposition in my work, and here I contrast a proper lady wearing pearls with the old "pull my finger" trick, which many would consider vulgar. I consider it humorous. I used many colors to render her skin, but I left out skin tones, to add interest and playfulness. This piece's edge is painted blue. Hanging hardware is installed.
