ABOUT THE ARTWORK
The inspiration for this work is "Jesus' boat". An ancient boat found in the Sea of Galilee and attributed to the time of Jesus. The place in the background is Kibbutz Ginossar, near which the boat was found. And it is displayed today, surrounded by pieces of glass that resemble the waves of the sea. The glass that mimics the sparkle of water made me want to combine glass and water in the tranquil landscape. And ask what else is hiding in the Sea of Galilee.
