A cup of coffee in my hands, I walk over my garden, animated by the bees and birds, in all its glorious colour. I pick fresh roses and bring them in, to share this beauty with you. Good morning, my darling, another beautiful day is in store for us. We're so lucky. The oil paint impasto work is just delicious. The artwork contains many layers, most of them in thin washes of colour, to create an atmospheric mood, but some lines needed a strong emphasis - paint was squeezed straight from the tube onto the canvas surface. The contrast between thin and thick, delicate and bold, light and dark creates strong movement in this painting. A light, airy and energizing work, it will wake you up in the morning! Sides painted white. Ready to hang.
