I've been a creator ever since I can remember. First, it started with drawing horses relentlessly until my parents couldn't fit any more on the fridge. Then, after getting recognition for my art at a young age, I became more motivated to keep creating. Although my passion for the arts never stopped, I took a long break from schooling. I recently decided to go back to school for Art Studio Management, which I am patiently completing and enjoying every moment of. A few years ago, I fell in love with watercolor. As a watercolor artist, I've learned to be content with not having control over my medium. There should be no expectation from watercolor, and I connect with that spontaneity. These sweet lessons I've learned from watercolor have steeped into my daily life in a beautiful way, reminding me to stay patient and to take life's little surprises with as much grace and acceptance as I can. My desire as an artist is to invoke emotion in my viewer. When an audience experiences my work, I hope they can see something in a new perspective; something they can connect with on a deep level that will impact their life in some positive way. I believe art is an experience. Whether you're the creator or the viewer, art is healing. I hope you enjoy my work. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to leave a comment and I will do my best to answer it for you promptly. Thank you for taking the time to view my watercolor creations.
