It was one of those autumn days with the warm sun in which the leaves shone like jewels, and each gust of wind made them ring, creating beautiful sounds. A pair of pelicans seemed to contemplate the beauty around them.

Anna Pszonka was born in Krosno, Poland, where her passion for painting blossomed from a young age. She pursued her artistic interests by attending a secondary school with an artistic profile. Despite her deep love for painting, she chose to study art conservation and restoration at the Art Academy in Warsaw, driven by a lack of self-confidence in her abilities as a young painter. After graduating in 2015, Anna took a leap of faith into the art world, dedicating herself fully to rediscovering her passion for painting. In 2017, she achieved a significant milestone by being shortlisted for the 'Wildlife Artist of the Year competition,' leading to exhibitions at the prestigious Mall Galleries in London. This recognition served as a tremendous source of motivation for her. Subsequently, Anna's artwork gained traction, with opportunities to sell her pieces in major auction houses in Poland, which further fueled her ambition. Over time, she has achieved notable success in her artistic endeavors. Today, Anna's primary focus is on honing her craft and exploring diverse subjects and techniques to better express her inner voice. Regardless of the subject matter, she remains captivated by the interplay of light and color, always striving to convey her unique perspective of the world. Anna temporarily resides in Mikołów and continues to navigate her artistic journey while moving frequently. Despite the logistical hurdles, Anna remains committed to her craft, always seeking inspiration and opportunities to create. She dreams of one day finding a stable place to call home, where she can establish her studio and fully immerse herself in her artistic endeavors.
