ABOUT THE ARTWORK
I breathe, I breathe, is a collaborative work with the Anglophone poet Houda el Fchtali, according to my reading, I interpreted the poem as gratitude to God. The starfish and seashells refer to the first cause, a Mathematically ordered design. I wanted to paste the text of the poem so that the receiver interprets it in his own way. It is a mixed technique combining acrylic paint with powder pastel on glued paper and oil pastel on linen canvas.
