ABOUT THE ARTWORK
My work inhabits a space between painting and sculpture. I use spray paint, latex, spray glue, found objects and other materials to create complex micro and macro structures that interact with each other on the canvas. The patterns and play of forces in my paintings echo both cloud-chamber particle physics experiments, and the large-scale forces that have shaped our galaxy.
