Incassable 76 (w) x 102 (h) x 3.5 cm Acrylic on canvas LARGE ENTRANCE-PIECE Large acrylic painting on canvas created through layers of paint and multiple colors to create texture and depth. This artwork is for sale as a solitaire with options for prints. My desire with the abstract painting is for the owner to feel continual enjoyment when walking past it. To feel a sense of peace and inner strength - versatile, deep and magical. Dimension of this acrylic painting: 76 (w) x 102 (h) x 3.5 cm. I use exclusively acrylic paints, canvas and wooden frames in line with professional museum quality. The painting bears my signature on the front and is signed, entitled and dated on the backside. The painting is unframed and ready to hang. The painting doesn’t need a frame or any additional surface treatment as I have finished it with a varnish ( to keep the colors safe and protect the art). I have also painted down the sides. The piece will be safely shipped in a custom wooden crate and accompanied by a certificate of authenticity and a cover letter. Since a very early age, I have been influenced by creative people in my family and I knew that art is something I absolutely wanted to do for a living. My biggest inspiration is nature and the ocean. Nature reminds me of being alive and being able to perceive the world in a different light. Painting for me is about how I process life. I have found my muse in abstract expressionism, flowers and landscapes. I have applied myself to capturing their rugged patterns and intricate light changes. A passion that comes from a childhood growing up in the mountains, savannahs and forests of South Africa.
