Indian woman's relationship with her society Print

My artwork is dedicated to all those women who are being made to forget their true self, as they are burdened by the torch bearing responsibility of doing the right things for the family, the society and are not being allowed to explore their own life in its vastness. It is the woman who is always questioned about her traditions, customs and the so-called societal obligations. Even being educated and exposed to different cultures, a woman is tied down to follow the customary nonsensical traditions. My art in particular depicts the Indian woman. In this artwork, her four different moods are captured. I made this for each woman, to tell her, you aren't alone and that you are beautiful.
