Interiors 13 Print

This is the last work in the "Interiors" series. I think I have come full circle and finish a bit like I started it. With the basic shapes in the center and although I have evolved the colors, as they are more vivid. I return to a fine black line that intersects towards a shape or black rectangle at rest, it is like an end point in this cycle. I have gone through different states and expressions with more loaded forms and with more weight to close again with the most basic and stable. Again the tranquility. There have been various states and moments of looking outward, but also inward in solitude, waiting for confinement at home due to the pandemic. At last I feel like I'm going out again. It is a work of abstract and minimalist geometric style. It is made of a coat of casein glue primer over the 100% raw cotton canvas and leaves the canvas perfectly covered and stretched to add the acrylic paint and then I put a premium gel base to set and preserve the paint better. The work is stretched on a wooden frame and is ready to hang. I like frameless work, but I let collectors decide if they prefer to add a frame. It is signed front and back and comes with a certificate of authenticity.
