My name is Joana Martos, and I am a visual artist.
Through both plastic and digital media, my work explores the relationship between cultural environments, their specific circumstances, and my personal interpretation of those realities.
I am especially interested in painting the change — to landscapes, beliefs, and emotional climates. Years ago, this curiosity led me to study healing methods and energetic therapies, which continue to influence the symbolic and sensorial layers of my art.
