The Obvious: The Thanksgiving feast. Except, in an alternate reality, the Humans are the creatures on the plate and at the bottom of the food chain. Humans are skinned and processed for the tasting pleasures of the vulture-like Turkey. The idea: In order for everyday people whom are not for a Cruelty-Free world, the Humans are food instead of the Turkey, and many other animals. The placement of the humans in the animals' place is supposed to give a sarcastic grab of sympathy, since the humans are the ones skinned, mistreated and eaten for taste pleasures. (Generally, Humans have sympathy for one another, their friends, family and partners.) Genocide is tattooed on the Vulture Turkey's neck to give the viewers an idea that there are more Humans on the assembly line waiting to be processed and served. Overall, the moral of the painting is... Empathy.
