Jellyfish series inspired by the organic forms created in nature was developed in 2020-21 starting in COVID lockdown. For this series, the artistic interest lies in white forms using miniature brush and complex textures created by layering. Jellyfish as a subject allowed to explore this curvy linear line. Another prominent feature noticed within the practice was the existence of the underwater world in a color pallet other than the deep blue known to us, like red, green or brown, this allows for the imagination to take a little bit of a leap. During the practice of developing these works the very basic training of composition, to create balance and relationship amongst forms, came into play. Starting with a dot, in basic composition and then add another smaller or bigger one somewhere in the same space to balance it. When this dot is replaced with an organic form such as a jellyfish or a bird a dialogue starts to develop within these subjects. This dialogue amplifies and reach the level of storytelling when the series is viewed together.
